To check, here's how:
- On your QuickBooks Time account, click Feature Add-ons in the left menu.
- Choose Manage Add-ons.
- In the Manage Add-ons window, type in the software you're using in the Search bar.
If you see the app on the list and it's integrated, I recommend contacting the Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and perform a screen-sharing session so they can take a closer look and come up with a fix along the syncing process.
