Updating billable hours by batch is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online, Lisa. Allow me to dig into this matter further to keep you guided.
To make billable hours unbillable, you'll need to go through each entry and click the billable button. Here's how:
- Select Sales, then All sales.
- Choose Unbilled Income in the Type dropdown.
- Locate the time charges you need to update and pick Edit from the Action column.
- Click the Billable to customer button.
- Hit Save.
