Schedule template not loading

We are going to assign a team member to create other member's schedule in Tsheet / QuickBooks Time. He can edit or create individual shift schedule for other members, but he cannot load saved week templates. When I changed his permission to Administrator, he was able to load the template once, but the option disappeared again when he tried later.

What kind of user permission is required to be able to load week template?

Schedule template not loading

Hello there, Nrk75. I can share some insights about loading the week template in QuickBooks Time.

 

An administrator access possesses full rights to your accounts. The user with this role should be able to load weekly templates for team members. To proceed with the process, ensure that the user selects "Week" from the dropdown menu to actively create, utilize, and oversee weekly schedule templates.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Time.
  2. Click on Schedule at the left pane.
  3. Choose Week in the upper-right section.
  4. Select your option from the Actions dropdown menu.
