For now, I recommend contacting our QBO live support to inform them that you're one of the affected users. This way, you'll also receive updates about the status of the problem.

- Select QuickBooks Online product and click Continue.
- Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
While waiting for an update, you can consider entering a weekly timesheet in QuickBooks Online.
