I'm here to guide you in locating the customer payment.

 

You can check the status of the processed payments inside QuickBooks Online. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Sales from the sidebar menu.
  3. Go to the Deposits tab.
  4. Locate the bank deposit you want to review.

Alternatively, you can go to the Merchant Service Center to view the payment activity of your QuickBooks product. Feel free to follow these simple steps:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports.
  3. Choose Deposits.
  4. Set the appropriate date range in the Dates field.
  5. Click Search.

In addition, you don't need to manually receive the payment or mark the invoice as paid in QuickBooks Online. We'll do this for you automatically.

There were two different deposit bank accounts during the period I'm searching for a payment.

I'll share the steps on how you can view your deposit details. You'll want to login to the Merchant Center to see it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Go to the Activities & Reports drop-down.
  3. Choose Deposits.
  4. Change date range in the Dates field.
  5. Hit Search. See the image below.

 

 

From there, you can find your customer payments. You can also check your bank account statement for details. Just refer to the articles provided by my colleague @KlentB above.
