A QB self employed account was set up by mistake. How do I delete it?

Hello, @chamber2.

 

Once you cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, the information recorded in your account will be keep within 6 - 12 months.  Within this period, you 'll be able to access and view your account's information.

 

If you're using a web browser, you can cancel your account by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon,
  2. Choose Billing Info.
  3. Select the Cancel now button.
  4. Enter your feedback when prompted.
  5. Click Cancel subscription

To cancel on iOS (iPhone or iPad):

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks.
  2. Tap the Profile icon, then Settings.
  3. Hit Subscription, then Cancel or manage your subscription here.

To cancel on Android:

  1. Tap on the Profile icon, then Subscription.
  2. Select Cancel or manage your subscription here.
