Once you cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, the information recorded in your account will be keep within 6 - 12 months. Within this period, you 'll be able to access and view your account's information.
If you're using a web browser, you can cancel your account by following these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon,
- Choose Billing Info.
- Select the Cancel now button.
- Enter your feedback when prompted.
- Click Cancel subscription.
To cancel on iOS (iPhone or iPad):
- Sign in to your QuickBooks.
- Tap the Profile icon, then Settings.
- Hit Subscription, then Cancel or manage your subscription here.
To cancel on Android:
- Tap on the Profile icon, then Subscription.
- Select Cancel or manage your subscription here.
