Under settings / Manage Users... I have no option for "Add Accountant"
What do I do? The ?HELP menu is pretty much infuriating. When I click Contact, it asks me to choose my QB version, then SENDS ME BACK TO THE SAME PAGE! (Please fix this)
But, yeah, how can I add an accountant? Seems to be missing the button.
Let’s try to add an accountant again through a private browser.
Click the Gear icon at the top.
Select Manage Users.
Go to Accounting Firm tab.
Enter your accountant’s email and select Invite.
If you’re able to add an accountant on a private window, I’d recommend clearing your browser’s cache or switch to another browser.
However, if you still unable to add after trying the steps above, your user access might have been restricted to this area. You can reach out to your company’s administrator to help you further with this.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
