Buy nowHi,
Not sure how this happened, but I printed out the statements for August, yesterday 8/31/23.
Quite shockingly, the customer's address line does not fit in the bottom window.
There is no option of customizing the statement layout. So is this a quickbooks issue?
How did the layout change?
Please assist.
I appreciate you notifying us of your experience when printing statements for August, Michelle901. Let me provide you with some solutions to address this issue.
I've reviewed our records and couldn't find any ongoing QuickBooks issues related to statement printing. While you're getting unusual results and the customer's address line does not fit in the bottom window, I suggest printing the transactions through a private window to narrow down the result. This process can help eliminate any potential problems caused by cached data. To save time, you can utilize either of the following keyboard shortcuts:
Once logged in to QuickBooks, try to print your statements again. If it works fine, switch back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh.
However, if you're getting the same experience, consider utilizing another compatible browser to isolate the issue. Alternatively, you can contact support so a live representative can check and investigate this matter further.

Hello,
Thank you for responding to my post.
Turns out, the issue was due to the font style..?
I chose font Helvetica 12pt, and the perforation line is at the 3.6" mark. With this font selection, the addresses fit within the windows of the envelope.
When I switched to Arial Unicode MS 12pt, the perforation line shifts to 4.2" because there is more space between each text line. Hence with this font selection, I am unable to use the window envelopes.
Hi there, Michelle. Thanks for reaching back. I appreciate you for replicating the issue and finding out that you can change the fonts so the addresses fit within the windows of the envelope.
Selecting the font style can also be the reason why your addresses won't fit in the windows. Additionally, make sure to set it up to fit the printed form. To set up your forms for the window envelope, follow these steps.
