After reconciling I am unable to print reports. I click on the printer and select my default printer and it shows a blank page. I go to reports and try to print from there and the same thing happens. I can print everything else , but not the reconciliation reports. Is there a problem within QuickBooks since I can print everything else on my printers? Thanks.

I'll make sure that you can print your reconciliation report, JWSheep.

As we use the web browser, we may run into issues with the browser's stored cache. It could be that the accumulated temporary internet files in the system is the reason why you're unable to print the reconciliation report. An outdated Adobe Reader/Acrobat can also cause printing issues.

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this, let's start by:

  1. Updating your Adobe Reader/Acrobat to the latest release. This way, you won't miss any updates and patches since this program will control all the printing processes. You can refer to this link to be guided in doing it: How to update, repair, or re-install Adobe Reader/Acrobat.

  2. If the page still shows blank, let's try accessing your QBO account in a private/incognito browser. Please check out the shortcut keys that I've listed below.

    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

  3. Then, try to print the report again. If it's working well, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete stored site data and enhance your browsing experience.

  4. If the same thing happens, you can use other supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary problem with QuickBooks. As of now, here' s our supported browsers:

    • Google Chrome
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Microsoft Edge
    • Safari 11 or newer

Let me know how it goes in the comment section, as I want to ensure that you can successfully print the report. You can always tag my name in your comments.

Hello there, @audrypom.

Let me help ensure those line items are displayed correctly when printing in QuickBooks Online.

Printing issues can be resolved by updating the Adobe Reader to the latest release or by repairing it. Let me guide you on how.

  1. To begin, click on this link to access the website: Adobe.
  2. Go to the Help menu to choose Check for Updates.
  3. From there, follow the steps in the Updater window to download and install the latest updates.

For more information, check out this article: Updating, Repairing, Re-installing Adobe Reader/Acrobat.

I recommend visiting this resource hub if you're using Windows: Fix QBO Printing Issues On Browsers. It contains solutions to resolve each printing scenario in the software. For Safari in Mac, use this article instead: Troubleshoot Printing Problems
