We use an outside payroll company. They deduct employee contributions for Aflac. How should I enter the journal entry for Aflac?

We have two options to enter the Alfac deductions in QB Desktop:
You'll want to do manual payroll instead since you don't want to subscribe to our payroll product. This way, you can create a journal entry to enter the deductions.
