Anybody else’s app changed and invoices got messed up?

Hello catheannebahnson,

 

We haven't received any reports regarding the invoice issues when using the mobile app. We can do a few troubleshooting steps to ensure that the QuickBooks mobile app and your mobile device are still compatible:

  1. Update your mobile device's OS.
  2. Update the QuickBooks app.

If the same thing happens after those updates, we can remove any cache-data causing this issue. You can follow the steps in this article depending on your mobile type (Android or iOS): Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks Online app.
