The option to add an employee to snap receipts is unavailable in QBO. We can add them as a user so they'll get to upload or snap receipts without giving them permission to your reports and other financial information. However, there are limitations when adding users depending on your subscription. To add a user, here's how:
- Click the Gear icon and choose Manage Users.
- Select Add user.
- Tap Standard user in the Select user type window, then Next.
- In the Select access rights section, choose the access you want for this user.
- Tap Next and then select the user settings.
- Fill out their contact information, then press Save.

- Search for the app in the Find apps to streamline your work field.
- Look for the app that supports the integration.
