- In QuickBooks Online (QBO), tap the Reports menu on the left panel and enter Bill Payment List in the search bar.
- Head to the Customize menu in the upper right to open the Customize report window.
- In the Filter section, tick the Account box and select All.
- Press the Run report button for the changes to take effect.
If you continue to get the same result, log in to QBO and run the report in private browsing or incognito mode. This type of session does not save any browsing history and helps the program run a lot smoother. Follow the steps below:
- Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- Safari 11 or newer: Press ⌘ + Shift + N.
- Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + P.
