I'm happy to show you how to set up your assistant so they have access to create journal entries without full access to your companies sensitive information. Follow along below:
- Sign into your account.
- Click the Setting icon in the top right.
- Choose the Manage Users tab.
- Hit the Add User button.
- Make them a Standard user
Next it gives you the option to customize how much access they have. under the How much access do you want this user to have? You can choose All, None or Limited and under limited you can choose either Customers, Vendors or Both. However you want to set up your assistant is up to you.
