In regards to paying your bills via a paper check or electronic voucher, I recommend discussing it with your vendor to know which payment method they prefer.

I am really new at QB and just trying to figurer it all out. I thought I scheduled it plenty far in advance, the bill due date was 10/05 and I paid it 09/23 and it hit the bank and was withdrawn 09/24 but was not scheduled until 10/04 - 10/06 which is I guess where I made my mistake. Thanks for your answer!
