To do this, let's create a sub-customer profile in QuickBooks with a different shipping address. Here's how:

After that, you can now use any of the customer profiles in creating invoices. This will be billed to the parent customer. It'll be delivered to a different address.

This is a workaround - creating a new sub-customer
There is no option to add a ship to address to a customer, as there was in desktop
Some of our customers have hundreds of ship to addresses
Each one requires a sub-customer - with all the relevant information for an entire customer (tax info, terms, email, etc)
Leaving us with a cluttered mess of 1000s of sub-customers
Users have been asking for this feature for years
All we're given is a clunky workaround over and over

I have customers with multiple shipping locations coming from Desktop…

At the moment, the ability to add multiple shipping addresses to customers is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
However, this feature is brilliant, and other users may also find this helpful.
