Creating multiple invoices at the same time is only available in QuickBooks Online Advanced. If you're not subscribed to this plan, you can consider upgrading your plan to Advanced.
Once you're all set up, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the +New button, then select Batch transactions.
- Choose Invoices in the Select transaction type dropdown.
- Pick any of the fields on line 1 to start.
- Input info into the fields.
- Enter as many invoices as you need in separate lines.
- Click the Save and send dropdown button.
- Hit Save and print.
