I copied the link and pasted it in my submission request. It would make too much sense for forum questions and conversations to be seen by the people that could actually change it lol
@Aldren18 Nothing ever changes per the customer requests. I have sent many feedbacks and nothing changes and no one ever responds. It would be so helpful to be able to customize a payment receipt - such as why do I need a due date on a payment? I want to remove the due date and have requested this many times to no avail.
same here, cannot believe this thread and help request has been taking so long without further developments from Quickbooks!! issues are all outstanding as i was trying to print the sales receipt report which currently does not show which invoice the payment was relating to!! how incomplete... should be a simple fix! please help and get this solved for million of business like us needing this function!
@RTTaccount I edit each payment and put the invoice number in the memo section. This shouldn't have to be done, but it is the easiest way to track payments to invoices.
I'm happy to submit feedback, but it would be nice to know if Feedback or suggestions have been escalated to development. Is there a way to check that?
From the Intuit Quickbooks Online products update page it looks like no changes have been made to receipts since 2017.

I'm reading this in 2024 and you still haven't added this feature. Do you listen to your customers at all?
@CPAChavez I totally agree with your statement on many issues that I have sent feedback through the gear icon (which is their answer to everything) and posted in the community - but there is never any response or action. What are we to do? I feel like a hostage.
