Simply choose all the service items first, and click the Add subtotal button to get the total of all the services you invoice. Then, add all the parts items and click the same button again to see the subtotal amount. You can print your invoice after.

You can also rearrange the items by dragging the Hamburger icon of the items up and down. It's the 9-dots-in-a-square icon on the left side of each line item.
