Can i move "All Sales" customers" to customer?

Hi there, @userglobalplandscapi.

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the Community page. I can share with you some insights about the All Sales and Customers tabs.

Usually, these two tabs work differently. The All Sales tab displays all of your sales and customers transactions while your customers list under Customers. There's no way for the customers' names to appear on the All Sales tab unless they were linked to sales transactions.

If the names are showing up under the All Sales tab mixing up the sales, I would recommend logging out and into your QuickBooks account to refresh the page.

Moreover, you can also try opening your account through a private window and clear the browser's cache to optimize its performance.

To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

To clear your regular browser's cache, I recommend opening this link: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, you can also use other supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.

For more tips about managing customers and sales in QuickBooks Online, I suggest checking out the topics from this link: Sales and customers gather topics for all your company's income and customers for QBO.

If you have any follow-up questions with these two tabs, please let me know by adding a comment below. I'm more than happy to help. Have a good one!
