I have several old COA accounts that I cannot inactivate b/c QBO thinks they're linked to a product or service when they are definitely not. I've been having this issue for several months now and Intuit support has not been helpful at all. They say it's a widespread issue that their engineering team needs to address, but it's odd that it's been outstanding for months now...
Anyone else running into this issue and were they able to get it resolved from QBO support???
