Buy nowHello, stacie10. I'm here to help send invoices successfully to your customers in QuickBooks Online.
Have you received an error message while sending invoices? I'd appreciate it if you could also give us a screenshot of the error message you receive when sending the invoice. This way, we can check for any reported cases and provide accurate info and resolution.
To start, make sure to check your customer's email address if it is entered correctly. This might be the reason why you can't send the invoice via email.
Otherwise, if the invoices won't send and there is no error message, you may be experiencing a cache-related issue. To isolate this issue, we can access your QuickBooks Online account through a private/incognito window and send the invoices from there.
These are keyboard shortcuts that vary depending on the browser you're using:
If you've successfully sent an invoice, you can go back to your regular browser window and clear its cache. This will delete outdated and corrupted internet files that are causing minor browsing issues.
Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers for the best experience.

Keep me updated if you have other questions about managing your invoices. I'd be glad to help. Take care!
I cannot send invoices via email
Thanks for joining this thread, 75110.
I want to make sure you're able to send invoices via email in QuickBooks Online.
As an initial troubleshooting step I recommend clearing the browser cache. The cache is in place to collect frequently used data to make loading web pages quicker and easier. If it becomes too full in can potentially cause certain viewing and performance errors. Clearing the cache will remove anything that's preventing the invoices from successfully sending. Here's how to get this done in Chrome for example:
1. At the top right, click More (three vertical dots).
2. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
5. Click Clear data.
The following article provides similar steps for other browsers: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online
Please give this a try and let me know if you're able to send invoices afterward. I'm only a comment or post away if you have any other questions.
