Stored cache files can cause interruptions within the program. You may access your account in a private browser to ensure that it runs seamlessly without storing cached data. You may use these keyboard shortcuts:
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
If this works, I'd recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This will refresh website preferences that might be causing problems when opening sites. If the same thing happens, you can use other supported browsers to access the report.
