Can the Visa Ink Business Cash credit card by Chase be linked to QuickBooks-Self Employed? I do not see it as an available option when trying to link the account.

I'd be glad to offer my assistance with getting your Visa Ink Business Cash credit card connected to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. 

Connecting your bank account to QuickBooks Self-Employed is one of the most helpful and time-saving features.

If you're using an internet browser:

1. Select the Settings ⚙ icon, then choose Bank Accounts.
2. In the search box, type the URL of your bank.
3. Click on Continue, then go to Connect Another if you've already connected an account before.
4. Enter the sign-in information you use for your bank's website.
5. When you're ready, pick Connect Securely.

After following the steps above, your account will now automatically download your recent bank transactions.

Still not able to find your bank?

• You can manually import your transactions into your account: Import Transactions From Other Sources

• iOS: Select the Cogwheel, then choose Help FAQ.
• Android: Go to the Cogwheel, then pick Support.

Thank you for replying to my question and offering your suggestions. 

Unfortunately, after going through your steps (which I've tried before) I'm still unable to connect my credit card account to QB Self Employed. 

The Chase Ink Business credit card account I'm trying to connect is connected to my QB Desktop version, I  just cannot connect it QB Self Employed. The QB Team needs to work with Chase Bank to make the Ink Business credit card an available option for QB Self Employed. As is stands today, the Chase Ink Business Credit Card cannot be connected to the QB Self Employed platform.

At this time, we have an on-going issue where users aren't able to connect Visa Ink Business Cash credit card in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Rest assured that our product engineers are diligently working for a fix.

To ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support Team again. They have to collect personal data to add your company to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-39811.

Here's how to reach them:

1. From your QBSE homepage, click the QB Assistant at the top.
2. Type in the chatbox contact support. 
3. You'll now be provided options on how would you like to connect to them.
4. Choose to Get a callback.
