We received reports from other users that the Edit Vendor button is non-responsive. We already submitted a notification about this, and our engineers are now working to fix this as soon as possible.
As a workaround, you can perform the recommended steps by clearing the cache. Clearing them out usually resolves these issues and here's how you can accomplish this in all supported browsers:
