Can you help me create a payment link for more than $5,000? I have 2 invoices that need to be paid nearing $30,000 and it won't let me create over $5,000

I have a client requesting a payment link to pay multiple invoices totalling $28,673.73 and $51,136.08. Am I supposed to send multiple $5,000 links...that doesn't seem logical

Processing multiple invoice payments through a secure link helps you save much time, Wisdomair. I'll route you to the best available support so you can request an increase in your payment limits.

There are standard daily and monthly payment limits for some users. Your banking and processing history is used to determine the limits. Customers won't be able to make online payments once they've reached it unless it's restored inside the 30-day rolling window. Alternatively, you can still get paid for your invoices using cash or checks.

Moreover, you can contact our Merchant Services Support team and submit a request to expand the limit amount. Follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help icon at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  5. Choose Start a chat with a support expert.
