Join nowI've researched and found out that Greed Dot cards are prepaid debit cards, Jason78.
QuickBooks Payments accepts credit card, debit, and ACH bank transfers.
I'd like to know more about this, though. What exact error message did they encounter?
In the meantime, I'll share an article about fixing errors when processing a transaction. Let your client do these steps.
You can get back to this thread with more information. We'll be right here to help.
Only because Quickbooks and your reply keeps sending me emails that I am replying now. Your reply and response is not even close to my question. Please read and if you have any valuable information then respond, until then please refrain from any. Thanks.
Hello there, jason78.
The client may have a GreenDot card that when they pay an invoice it prompts. This unusual behavior can be caused by stored cache files. We can let them pay the invoice through a private browser since it doesn't store any cache files.
Then, we can let them clear their main browser's cache to remove piled up cache. They can also use other browsers to help them eliminate unexpected behavior.
If you have other questions you can leave a reply. Take care!
