Hi!
We have three different users and would like each user to have separate transaction number sequences in order to easily identify who made the estimate, purchase order, etc... for example:
User 1 - 5600, 5601, 5602... OR A1234, A1235...
User 2 - 7800, 7801, 7802... OR B1234, B1235...
I have been able to update the current sequence to our previous sequence from desktop which now auto-populates correctly for one user, if another user changes to their sequence will it change everything or just for them? I do not want them to have to manually enter each time as then it will surely get messed up along the way.

I can certainly understand how an ability to set up separate transaction number sequences for users could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.
You can also submit your own feature requests while signed in.
Here's how:
Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can stay up-to-date with the latest news about your product by reviewing Intuit's Product Updates webpage.
As a workaround, you can turn on Custom transaction numbers if it's disabled. This allows you to create your own numbering preference by adding an Invoice no. field where each user can enter any number or letter format they need. The sequence set up using your Invoice no. field will apply to all sales forms.
Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any questions. Have an awesome day!
