Data Missing from Reports

My reports are suddenly missing data for estimates and invoices I've created since April. All the data shows in the correct fields on the individual estimates/invoices, but the fields show up blank on the report. I've cleared my browser cache and I'm trying to use the online support chat but no one is responding.

Data Missing from Reports

It's good you've performed some troubleshooting steps beforehand, bridget-petro. Let me guide you to the right support who can assist you further in resolving this issue.

While the Community can provide answers and troubleshooting solutions to certain questions, there are things that only our phone support can do to resolve the problem.

Since clearing the browser's cache didn't resolve the issue, I highly recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support. Unlike in this public forum, they have the tools required to operate an investigation and perform any escalations in the system whenever necessary on your behalf.

Please be reminded that our Support Team is available from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM on weekdays, and 6:00 AM till 3:00 PM on Saturdays. To ensure we address your concern on time, check out our support hours. Here's how to get in touch or chat with us:

1. Click the Help (?) icon.

2. Choose Contact Us.

3. Enter a  brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? area, then click Let's talk.

4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Get a call.

Additionally, I recommend customizing the report to get the specific details you need. You can also memorize it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.

I'm all ears if you have any other QuickBooks concerns. Just leave a reply below and I'm more than willing to lend you a hand. Have a nice day!
