Default is changed from "Make a Payment" to Schedule Payment" Need to pay with checks

Welcome to Community @molliepam

 

You can pay your bills using your check and mark it as paid. Let me walk you through the steps.

Here's how:

  1. Click the +New button.
  2. Under the vendors, choose Pay bills.
  3. Click the Payment account drop-down arrow, select Check.
  4. Choose the Bill that you want to pay.
  5. Click the Mark as paid button.
  6. Hit Save and close.

 

You may also pull up and print your bill transaction in QuickBooks Online.

So..    This Schedule Payment is now the default. Talked to "help" - they said they are not changing back...

It was so much easier  with being able to select a specific Vendor,  and do "make a Payment"

 

I was told to "give feedback"//


Not a great way to keep a customer base....

I WON'T use the feature no matter what just because of how they went about this.  Very disappointed and frustrated with the change.
