Thanks for the reply, but that's not quite what I am looking for (I am a Certified ProAdvisor and have been using QuickBooks extensively for 15 years now).

I am looking for an actual APPROVAL software. Something where we can upload bills by the bookkeeper and have them approved separately by the CPA and then again possibly even by the client.

Hopefully that makes more sense? Thanks so much for your response!
