Do you know how/why my online desktop & mobile quit syncing? I look under a vendor & all the expenses are there on the desktop, but not on my mobile. Only 2020 is showing

Hello wildtoadtoffee,

 

Cache helps QuickBooks to load faster. However, it can also cause syncing issues when piled up on your browser or app. I'd recommend clear the app's cache. It'll help QuickBooks to sync your data.

 

Also, you can do the following if you encounter the same issue:

  • Update your mobile's operating system.
  • Update the QBO mobile app to the latest version.
  • Restart your phone and relaunch the app.
  • Uninstall/Reinstall the app.

Followed your instructions, no go. Phone is updated, updated app, restarted phone, un/reinstalled app, restarted phone nope. Oh, and cleared cache. On my laptop and PC AutoNation shows 10ish payments, while phone still only shows the latest one in Feb.
