Buy nowHi there, @bridlespurtreasu.
I know that every penny counts when running a business. Also, I want to make sure you’re only paying for the services you need.
If you're unable to recognize a charge on your account, you can check where it's coming from and why. Here's how:
From there, you can see your active subscriptions.
Furthermore, QuickBooks Payments or Merchant Services charges your account if you have processed or received online payments.
If the charges are from the transactions in your bank, I recommend contacting your financial institution. This way, they'll be able to further verify the amount.
Intuit also charges you for products you order and services you receive. These charges fall into categories, and we've listed them in this article: Charges in your Credit Card or Bank Account.

Feel free to message again if you have additional concerns. I'd be here to answer your next post.
After further research, I've determined that they are related to customer invoices paid online via a checking account. The $10 fee does not match the actual 1% rate charged for the online payment which was over $1,700. Has a new policy been implemented that tops out the online payment fee for customer invoices paid with a checking account?

In your case, the ACH bank transfer amount of $1700 will incur only a $10 fee because it is the maximum amount per transaction. However, the fees are subject to change. You can always visit our QuickBooks Payments website for the most up-to-date information.
Let me show your how to review instant deposits and related fees in QuickBooks online. Here's how:
