In QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can manually add single transactions so you can do business anytime, anywhere.
Since these payments come from another bank, you can simply create a new entry under the Transactions menu. This makes sure everything in your books is accurate and intact. Refer to the instructions below to do it:
- Go to the Transaction menu and select Add Transaction.
- Enter the amount and a description.
- Click the Select a category menu.
- If you have a receipt, you can drag and drop it onto the form.
- Press Save after.
