Thanks for completing the initial troubleshooting steps that we'd also suggest from here. At this point, I recommend contacting our QBO Support team as they have extra tools to investigate why your receipts aren't uploading. They're available on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

Same here been two days and mobile snap receipt upload stalls out at spinny circle. Uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache deleted cookies. Nothing is working.

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation about the QuickBooks mobile app Receipt Snap feature not working on Android. This means that other users are also experiencing the same thing on their end. Rest assured, our product engineering team is aware of this and is doing their best to find a fix as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can upload the receipts through a Web browser or iPad.
