Not specifically Christmas cards. You can send a mass email to all your customers though and if you have a picture file or PDF file of your Christmas card you can attach it to your email
Go to your customer list, click the checkbox to mark all customers and then select batch actions/email. It will open your default email program and pre-fill all your customers email addresses.
