- In your QuickBooks company, go to the ? Help icon.
- Select the Contact US button.
- Enter in the search box, "Multiple charges in QBO subscription."
- Click Let's talk.
- Choose to Get a callback or Chat.
- Follow the on-screen instruction to finish the transaction.
Also, due to COVID-19, we have limited staffing and have reduced our support hours to 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday. We will resume normal hours as soon as possible.
