DOWNLOADED NEWEST VERSION OF ENTERPRISE AND IT MESSED UP MY REPORTS

I downloaded the newest version of quickbooks and now all my reports do not show the balances on them!

DOWNLOADED NEWEST VERSION OF ENTERPRISE AND IT MESSED UP MY REPORTS

We use QuickBooks Desktop Pro and are having the exact same issue.  None of our reports show balances... We rely on them so much!!!

 

We can call for customize support but this seems to be a bigger issue!  Please let us know when resolved.

 

 

I HATE THE UPDATES! I want to be able to cut them off.  Every time we get an updates, it messes something else up.  It's awful!  Please help us opt out of updates.  We've tried every resolution and none work.

Since your reports aren't showing balances on them after updating, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
