Entering a check I got a message when scrolling to the payee (still looking type the name above) wouldnt let me get past it to see the whole list. How do I remove this?

Is this something new to bother people? Why would they do this because I have a lot of accounts and like to pick my own. I don't know how everything is listed and this is very scary because if you do not type in the correct vendor you have listed it says add. How can I move on past this annoying message? thank you

Hi allserveozone,

 

To be sure that you're paying the right person, you can go to your vendor's profile, click New transaction, and choose Check.

 

 

On the other hand, I see the convenience of just choosing a payee, so we'll have this resolved.

 

Please sign in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This step disables its extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you don't see the message, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If it's still there, please try other browsers to see if we get the same thing.
