Estimates

QuickBooks Premier Contractor.

I want to run a report with estimate vs actuals but want to exclude non-billable costs as this does not concern the customer. If you run a report with anything other "ANY " billing status the estimate will not be on the report.

Anyway around this or some report I should use?

Thanks

I have one report in mind, Himi. You can pull up the Job Estimates vs Actuals Detail report.

It will how the cost, revenue, and difference per customer. All transactions are linked to the customer. Here's how to pull it up:

  1. Click Reports.
  2. Go to Jobs, Time & Mileage.
  3. Select Job Estimates vs Actuals Detail.

Let me add the article so you'll understand reports in QuickBooks better.
