I am using the QuickBooks online accountant, was very pleased until around October 2022. They are months behind on posting my financials and now closing out the year. I have fulfilled all requests. I’ve continually asked for updates of when they will be finalized and cannot get an answer. Any suggestions on how to escalate this?

If I may ask, are you referring to the posting of your bank transactions? If that's the case, QuickBooks simply accepts the transactions fed by your bank. Once your account is connected, the system will automatically download your latest bank entries. You can review them through the Banking page. However, if the posting is late, you can do a manual update to refresh the connection and download the missing entries.

After that, switch back to the For review section to check your transactions. If the same thing happens, would you mind sharing the name of your bank account? This way, I'll be able to look for any open investigations on our record.

My apologies, I think I haven’t explained well. I have no issues with my banking refreshing or carrying over to QuickBooks. My issue is the accounting team who have been assigned to me are not fulfilling their part of finalizing my monthly or year end reports. They set dates I can see that they will be finalized, and are many months late.

I have been in constant communication with my assigned bookkeeper, she says this is above her with her management. She stated she can not obtain any date they will be finalized. Is there any way to contact a supervisor or someone else?
