Hello, why some of my customer payments processed by Quickbooks payment don't show up on my bank register? When I try the bank deposit, it says there are no invoice.

The invoice is already paid in the Quickbooks online but it hasn't been deposited to the correct bank account.

Thanks for posting about your customers' payments. Allow me to share some insights on payment postings. 

 

Those payments may still be pending to be deposited into your real account. That’s why they don’t reflect that way in QuickBooks yet. When actual payments are deposited, your QuickBooks records will automatically update.

 

If you'd like, feel free to reach out to our QuickBooks Online Support team, so they can check those payments. They have the tools to do that on their end.

 

  1. Click on Help and click the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Enter something like check merchant payment statuses and click Continue.
  4. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.

 

The support teams for the Plus, Essentials, Simple Start plans are available from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. The support team for the Advanced plan is available any time.

 

On the other hand, you can also check when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments for your additional information.
