I'm here to guide you in converting your PDF file to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @dkdurell.
To begin with, may I ask what file are you trying to convert? This way, we can provide you with the appropriate solution you need.
In the meantime, if you're trying to upload a transaction file to QBO, we need to convert it to a CVS file.
You can check our QuickBooks Apps to look for a converter tool.
Once you've uploaded those transactions, you can categorize them so they go into the correct accounts.
Additionally, if you want to export or import data in QuickBooks, please check out these helpful articles:
I'll keep an eye out for your response in case you have a specific concern about file conversion. Keep safe.
Thank you for the response. I am missing 2 years of data in QuickBooks. I figured I would have to manually enter every transaction. I was chatting with help from QB's and they told me to get DucuClipper, which I did and paid for. I would like to use that, but not having any luck. They told me convert to QBO or CVS. DocuClipper can do this, but they have no live support. All they have are Youtube videos and their videos sure don't look what I have. All the files the bank sent me were in pdf, and they can't send it another way. It will take me hours if not days to enter all that data. If I could get this to work it will save me a lot of time! I welcome all the help I can get!
