Help with connection to Revolut (US account)? My USD and GBP balances show up fine, but QBO did not give me the option to connect my EUR balance. Any ideas?

My revolut business account has 3 currencies, USD, EUR & GBP. I have balances in my USD & EUR currencies. When linking my account, and logging into Revolut during the linking process in QBO, I can see all three currencies and all three balances. But when it comes time to configure the account syncing, QBO only gives me the option to connect my USD and GBP currencies, NOT my EUR currency.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that you would like to connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online to display your euro balance. I'm here to share alternative ways to solve your issue.

Let's connect your bank account in the mobile app,.We'll show you how to easily connect them.

  1. From the main menu, select Banking.
  2. Select + to add an account.
  3. Search for your bank. Or choose from the list of popular banks.
  4. Select your bank from the search results.
  5. Sign in to your bank.
  6. Follow the steps to select an account to connect to. Or select a QuickBooks account the bank account should map to.

See this article for more detailed steps: Connect your bank account in mobile app

Once you're able to connect your bank account, you can now review downloaded bank and credit card transactions and put them into the correct accounts. This way, you'll be able to ensure your record is accurate:

Thanks, but I don't think this is helpful

As I said, I already connected my Revolut account to QBO (in the webapp) and it recognizes the USD and GBP balances and transactions properly, but not the EUR balance and transactions.

Are you saying I should delete Revolut in the WebApp and try connecting it via the mobile app to solve the problem?

Thanks

You don't have to delete your Revolut account, usermsworks.

The web browser utilizes cache data to load pages faster. However, too much of it causes problems that affect the program's performance. Accessing your QuickBooks Online account via a mobile app helps us determine if the issue is browser-related.

Since your account is connected, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have tools to determine why your Euro balance and transactions didn't sync. They can also provide troubleshooting steps to resolve this.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your concern in the Type something field, then click the Send icon.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. You can either select Chat with us or Have us call you.

In the meantime, I suggest manually importing the missing transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Once everything is all set, categorize the transactions and reconcile your accounts. Doing so ensures your financial data are accurate and avoid discrepancies.

Maintaining the accuracy of your QuickBooks record is our goal. If you have any other inquiries or concerns regarding banking, we are available to assist.
