Buy nowLet me guide you in changing your vendor's address, @dina-ferreri.
Let's start by making sure you change the address properly, here's how:
On the left navigation pane, click Expenses.
Choose Vendors at the top.
Select the vendor from the list to open the detail page.
Click Edit in the top right corner.
The Vendor Information window will then open. Here you can update the address.
Choose Save in the bottom right corner.
You can also make your vendor inactive and merge duplicate accounts, check this article for the detail process: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/manage-vendors/vendors-overview/01/186336
I'm just around if you need further help. Have a great day.
Thank you Joseph,
Yes, I have done this. It is the address on the purchase order that hasn't populated correctly.
Dina
I have since learned that there is a safety feature within quickbooks that if the purchase order was created before the address change, when you resend, it will keep the old address. I had to delete the PO and then recreate it. When doing this the new address populated. I am good to go now!
