The best reference for your own file is the tax form this entity files. That is what you need to be tracking, if you need to be reporting it.

Did anyone ever get an answer for a sample on non-profit chart of accounts? I could really use help in this area! It's difficult to get a human by phone right now and your online chat people seem to be overtaxed with multiple sessions that I constantly have to keep trying to find someone that can understand what I'm looking for! HELP!!!

If you set up your company file into a non-profit, QuickBooks will automatically provide you the basic chart of accounts you need. For specific categorization, I recommend contacting a Bookkeeper or accountant to seek for assistance.
