You'll have to manually enter the amount in the QTY column. Although, QuickBooks Online takes out the non-significant number, like zero, after the decimal point.

Currently, QuickBooks has two decimal places by default, and the option to change this is unavailable. That said, customers will see two decimal places on a PDF file even after you change the number of decimal places on the QTY column.
