If you're trying to start over in setting up your account, then you have the option to purge your data. Note: The process only applies to companies that are set up less than 60 days old. Then, please know that once all data is removed, the option to restore or reverse them is unavailable
Here's how to purge your company:
Once the process is done, you can start from scratch.
For QuickBooks Online set up 60 days and older, you can cancel your account and sign up for a new company. I've got this article for more details: Delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online.
You can also visit this link: https://accounts.intuit.com/. Log in using your QuickBooks Online credentials and go to Data & Privacy > Delete your Intuit data.
Please let me know if you're looking for something else. I'm here to help you some more. Thanks.
If your account > 60 days old or using QBO SS, you have to open a new QBO account.

I wish to entirely delete my account and cancel the monthly billing. What steps do I need to take?
I don't want to start over as a new company. Our leadership team is switching to a new platform and I need to delete company account and billing.
Welcome to the Community, StevePotter.
I'll guide you through cancelling your QuickBooks Online subscription. You'll need to make sure you're signed in using a web browser for this process. There's no way to delete an account entirely, all this will do is cancel a plan so that billing doesn't continue. If you'd like to clear business records, I'd recommend reviewing the information presented in our article for that.
Here's how to cancel:
1. Log in as an admin user.
2. Go to the Gear (⚙) icon, then Account and Settings.
3. Open the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. Choose Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
5. Click Continue to cancel and it will again show a Continue to cancel option, use the second one as well.
6. Proceed with the displayed steps until you've reached a Submit and cancel subscription button. Select it.
7. Hit Got it to complete cancellation.
I've also included visual tutorial for you:
Here's an official resource that provides further details about the entire process: Cancel a QuickBooks Online subscription or trial
I'll be here to help if you have any other questions. Enjoy the rest of your day!
