How can i make a customer active again after marking them as deleted?

I marked a customer as deleted but now I need them active and need to see the history on this customer.

How can i make a customer active again after marking them as deleted?

I've got you covered and will guide you to reactivate a customer in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

We can simply navigate to the Customers menu to make them active again. Follow these steps to proceed:

 

  1. Go to the Customers & leads menu and select Customers.
  2. Tap the small gear icon near the header of the ACTION column.
  3. Place a checkmark in the Include inactive checkbox.
  4. Locate the inactive customer on the list.
  5. In the ACTION column, click Make Active.
